DHOKLA : EASY AND HEALTHY INDIAN RECIPE

Hi Everyone,

Today I am going to share with you a very easy and tasty healthy Indian recipe that gets digested slowly and therefore keeps you full for a longer time.


Dhokla 

Mix 
1 cup of gram flour
2 - 3 tbsp of semolina(suji)
1/2 tbsp of turmeric
1 tbsp olive oil
Fruit salt 
Pinch of sugar
Some water

  • to form a batter, make sure the batter is not too thick like the cake batter and not too flowy.
  • Pour it in a container and bake it for 20 minutes. 
  • Take it out and with the help of a knife cut it into square pieces.
  • And now the fun part let's make the Tadka.


To make the tadka take

1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
Split Green Chilli(Optional)
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup water

  • First heat oil in a pan.
  • Then add mustard seeds, green chilli, and when they begin to splutter add the water.
  • Next, add the sugar and then remove from flame.
  • Pour it on the dhokla and leave it for 15 more minutes.


Your Dholka is ready to be served!!
