DHOKLA : EASY AND HEALTHY INDIAN RECIPE
Hi Everyone,
In this post I want to tell you about an app today which I found really amazing and its not any sort of paid promotion, its just that I found it very helpful so I thought I should share it with you guys.
So the app's name is Healthify Me and its features are mind blowing.
The best part of the app is that you can find out the calories in all sorts of food. I am using it on almost a daily basis and I first track the food and then eat. It really helps in controlling my calorie intake.
Also is tells about the protein, fats, carbohydrates and fiber which is bang on. Also I found the calorie calculations very accurate.
Apart from this it also tells you how much water to drink in a day at at what time, also you put a timer if you forget to drink water.
Also it tells you how much you should exercise in day according to your BMI, and the best part you can track how many calories you are burning by doing a specific exercise.
Here you can also track the number of steps you took in a day.
Another great feature of using this app is that you can set a weight goal and along with that you can add your pictures to see the difference.
This app also has some paid features also like:
- You can get a personal online instructor
- An online store where you can buy healthy food items
- Also it gives you a personalized diet plan as well
Honestly I didn't like the online store feature because the stuff they have is very costly and shipping time is also average.
But the diet plan is great because you can tell your food preferences and then it creates a plan for you.
Overall a very good app with a lot of features and I recommend it to everyone who are trying to loose weight or trying to gain weight.
I am hoping that you will find this post helpful and share it with your dear ones.

21 DAYS CHALLENGE
So I a big question is that is dieting important?
NO, dieting is not at all required but yes a balanced diet is required. I am not at all telling you to eat salads or raw vegetables or anything like that, let me talk about myself.
So, what I started doing was that I started eating home cooked food and 'slowly' removed junk food from my diet. Also, I told my mom to cook my not so favourite food so that I would eat less because earlier what I used to do was overeat and never even realise it.
Also because I was having pizza's and burgers on almost a daily basis so removing them from my diet was a difficult task.
Coming to what I ate in a day,
In the morning I had one glass of milk at around 8 am then at around 2 pm I had my lunch which includes 1 roti, sabzi and curd. Next, for my lunch again I had one glass of milk.
And for those who don't know how to cook roti(Indian Bread) and sabzi, you can easily find the recipes on youtube and if you unable to find let me know
So for people like me who can't be satisfied with only three meals. We need a lot of food in between as well, So what did I eat??
I had fruits, fruits and fruits. On my starting days I even had mangoes but slowly I stopped eating then and yes, lots of water.
This was my daily diet plan, go ahead and create yours!!

DIET OR NO DIET
HI EVERYONE,
This is my first blog, I hope you guys will like it!!
So I decided to write a blog on fitness because a
few months back I just wasn't able to take everyone's negative comments about
my fatty body. Although it is true that we shouldn't allow trolls to affect us,
but we are humans and damn... it hurts.
I searched for the most easiest ways to loose
weight, I dried a lot of diets but I hardly followed them for 2 or 3 days and
imagine I tried exercising as well. I had watched almost all the videos on
youtube and blindly followed a few of them which were like hiit workouts and
cut to next day I wasn't even able to get up from my bed and then I just
had one thought in my mind "I will eat whatever I feel like and do
whatever I want" and guess what I gained 2 kilos instead of loosing weight.
But one thing I learned from all this was that the
diets required a lot of money and I just didn't want to spend my money on
things that I can barely stand. Coming to the exercising part I noticed one
thing that almost all the instructors were using gym equipments and I was like
who will buy these for me and I don't know whether its good or bad but I don't
like sharing the fact that I am trying to loose weight with anyone and I am
sure most of you must be having the same thought process.
Then I left all this and started following my self
created diet and self choosen exercises and I lost 10 kilos in 4 months.
It took time but atleast I was happy. One thing I would like to say to everyone
that do not follow any diet and create your own diet.
But for those who wan't to know my simplest diet
and cardio plan or those wan't inspiration, for them I will keep on posting
posts related to it.
So get ready and let’s
start this journey!!.......Thanks for reading and goodbye for now.
